Getting royally ticked off here. I just reactivated my account the other day after a few months offline due to moving and getting my new place set up.
I tried logging in to play, using the same account I've always used (again, just paid for a month's play time right about a week ago) and it will boot up the launcher just fine, but then it'll go to the Patch Launch and the message: "Account error, please click here for more information".
So I do and it takes me to the Support page and asks me to login and then input my account key, which strikes me as odd because it's on file with Cryptic (has been since Launch Day). So I figure "Well, it's probably some verification nonsense since I've used two different internet connections since reactivating", as WoW will sometimes lock a person's account if they change locations more than once in a given timeframe.
As expected, it says "This retail key blah blah already used blah blah". I think "Problem solved, as my account name is shown at the top of the page. Server's up and so on."
Tried to login again. SAME THING.
A few minutes ago, I tried it for the fifth time and it's showing the Server is DOWN, even though the website has been displaying Server UP.
Now, I've been "on hold" with LIVE Support for an hour and a half and I'm on the verge of losing my marbles. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, testing, all that jazz. Everything is okay and able to run the game except for this dadgum problem.

did some looking around and it say i don't have any toons on my account wtf?!? uggg need a reply asap plz!:)
my account does the same thing, HELP. Or at least give some kind of explaination as to why the website says I have no characters anymore let alone an account of any kind.
Somebody better be ready to talk to me on Live Chat or something. I played for eight days prior to this happening. My Cryptic/Atari Points have been blanked on top of everything.
I'm pretty ill about this, as I've had NOTHING but a stellar experience with STO and Cryptic and this is pretty heart-breaking.
Edit: I need a customer service number to call, as Live Support keeps crashing on me.
If you are having a specific problem contacting support in the manner they have set up, you might submit a request that they contact you, (submit your phone number to them), but to my knowledge, there is no Public Phone Number to contact support personnel.
If the On-Line Chat is crashing when you try to use it, then put that information in your next submission to them with your request. Whether or not you will get the response you want would be questionable. Good Luck.

If you Log-In there, and check the links on that page for Account Help, you should be able to get help.
