I'm unable to login on a different computer.
I tested a trial account and have been able to log in.
So basically I can log into the trial but not my retail account that is active and works fine on my other computer.
I get 'Account error' in the laucher and links me to a product activation page that says "This game requires a retail purchase to play. Please visit this page to get your copy!
If you've already purchased the game, please enter your retail key here. "
Anyone any ideas what the problem could be here? seems to me its not recognizing the fact that I'm subscribed?
accounts status and information is maintain on the server not on individual computers.
That way any computer can login to the account.
are you sure you are login to the same account on both computers. There is no different between a trial account or retail account . they would be the same login unless you created a totally different account for the retail using a different email address. (only one account per email address)
only only difference with playing a trial or full retail is the apply of your retial key and setting up a subscription.
anyway if there is a problem in the accounts only billing can help you. you will have to open a ticket with billing or use thier online chat when it is open.
