I want a refund

I just bought the Digital Deluxe package yesterday. Since then I've tried to activate a subscription so many times I can't even count. Each time there's an 'error' and the site won't process my payment method. (I tried Paypal at first and then Credit Card, each with the same result) I'm getting ****ed off now to the point where I don't want to play a game that can't even run its home site properly.
How do I get my money back? I paid by PP, should I just open a dispute? There's no information on the site about what to do in this situation.

    Cryptic's account servers were down for the better part of the last couple days due to the transition in ownership from Atari to Perfect World. Have you tried it again today?

    In addition to the above reply, if you reached any point in the process where you did actually use the activation Key, you will not be able to use that same key number again.

    Did you try to Log-In one the game Launcher?
