Request Processing Error, (Activating Product Key)

Hello

I just Recently Downloaded and Installed Star Trek Online, then Registered as JusticeZ92 and bought a Digital Deluxe Product key a.k.a ( Retail Key )

I go to the main page click on. ( My Account )
Then i see a paragraph saying " Unused Product Keys" so i click on " Activate Key"
Then a Next page pops up and i am required to Enter my product Key which i do and Press Submit,
Then the Next page wants a subsription to be made, so i select " $14.99 USD 1 Month Recurring".
I Select " Pay with Paypal",
Then Enter my username ' JusticeZ92" and enter my Paypal Email address which i would use to pay with.
Click Submit then a Next Page Pops up " Processing Request, Please Wait"
Then Finally... " There was an Error Proccessing Your Request"

I tried it over and over numerous times, i even followed it step by step with the Support Page.

I submitted a ticket, but the representitive doesn't seem to understand what i am talking about, is there something wrong with the webpages Request Processing? Because i Keep gettin errors,
I already Paid for my Product Key. so then when i can Activate it and add it to my username i should be entitiled to 30days free.

Please help out! Is this just a technical error or am i doing something wrong?

    You can not get Account Support on the Forums.

    If you Click GM-Support-Ticket, in my Signature, Log In, and check the Drop Down Links for Account Support, you should be able to get help.

    OK i have done that.

    But there seem to be a misunderstanding between the GM and me, I need help with Activating and Using my Product Key. but the Billing page keeps getting errors. I have replied to him trying to explain a bit more clearer.

    Thanks for the info though.

    OK i have just been in a live chat and the nice person told me that they had a server error yesterday and i unfortunately got caught in it. the nice person took less than 10minutes and my problems were of the past.

    Thanks to whoever made the live chat possible, love you long time :) Saved me 12 hours of hassles in under 10mins!!
