A month has gone by no resolution to lag rubberbanding/ server not responding. What is the problem!? Had a ticket ope for 3 weeks before I got a canned answer telling me to do what I said I had already done then it says my ticket was resolved? ITS NOT RESOLVED!! I payed lifetime for this and its is fast becoming a 300 dollar error on my part. How many threads do we have to open on this topic before someone gets their pocket protector in gear? This its not us its you attitude we have been getting from this department is the epitome of bad customer service. Which one of the Pakleds in charge do we have to talk to to make the server go? Foundry broke still and even our bridges are now broke with the same Boffs at multiple stations. Are we being punked? Is Aston going to come out in a Q costume and tell us this was all a joke? I find it hard to believe that out of the lot of the Everest college grads working over there that this team can look this incompetent.
