If you see any hops over 180ms, this could be the cause of the rubber banding.

Also try it again. it might work this time
Ok, did that..nothing over 180ms...highest was 177...tried to log in again and still not working
It just stays on "connecting to login server" nothing is wrong with my internet
Did it happen today? A few hours back?
I was playing normally, when I got disconnected and later couldn't login. Nothing seemed wrong with server status, yet I wasn't able to play. I'm not sure whether this was the issue or not, and if it's the issue for you, but I disabled my EU proxy in the launcher options (changed to "none"), after which the game started normally. Didn't try turning proxy back on after that, as I didn't see much difference while playing, so I can't say for certain.
I stuck in login account sever or login sever and unable to reach character selec, happens holodeck and tribble, I don t have problems with internet antivirus firewall,

I just checked "PC & Technical Issues" forum section and as I said - turn off the EU proxy.

Do you have any Firewall or Anti-Virus software running that yyou may have to 'allow' STO through?
Yes...but it's never caused any problems before

I woulds still check your firewall, it may have reset STO permissions.
