After opening patcher and checking for patches, I click engage and nothing happens. Ive tried running it as administrator, going under options and picking to launch under safe mode, ive checked my firewalls and its not being blocked as far as I can tell, Ive run the champions online net test and the results are listed below. I also "re-installed" the game client over the existing startrekonline.exe. After opening task manager I can see the gameclient.exe file running for a second or two after I click engage and then it stop running. I checked and my graphics card is up to date, and I cant find any other forum post on here thats like my problem. This worked fine a week ago and I cant think of anything that ive done in the past week that might even change this.
Still no replies and no support yet from Cryptic on this issue, does no one have any ideas as to what is going on? Is there anything I can post here that would even help someone in troubleshooting a solution?
i keep getting this error that every time it says the logo of crytptic it stop and say cryptic had an unexpected crash can somebody plz tell me how can fix this
tro1701, I have had the same problem...... I think they know about it and they are trying to fix it.... They had an emergency patch that came out right after the new patch today. And it still didn't work for me. And yet again they are bringing down the game tomorrow for maintenance again, so I am hoping that they are working on our problem We'll see tomorrow if it's fixed or not.
