I have a billing problem but I can't log a ticket on your support site, each time I try to create a new one it asks me to supply the language. There is no option to supply a language, so I can't proceed.
I want to confirm that I will not be charged twice for a 1 month subscription, my subscription ended after 9 days though I can't see a charge in my bank statement for it yet.
besure that you have login to the page with your account login (located at the top of the page) then all the dropdown options should appear in the submit a ticket section of the page.
