Heya there

as the title says, my vivox aint working, I've tried disabling it then enabling it again, I've tried relogging, but still no avail

My other fleetmates work just fine though, it seems its only me :(

I do live way out in Indonesia, could that be the case? is it a third world country thing? (its the same case as with my Credit Card not being accepted.... but paypal works fine lol)

hmm, maybe I should also add that my soundcard is of the intergrated kind and that all other sounds work fine.. just the chat thingy

I'm having the same very frustrating problem.

    I opened a ticket 1,148,529 for it.

The strange thing is that it worked for a bit and then stopped, and the vivox window disappeared. I reinstalled the game, re-patched and it worked again for a but and the disappeared again.

You're the first person that I've come across with this problem.

I'm running windows 7 64-bit with Microsoft security essentials and have a realtek sound card with the most up to date drivers.

I'm located near Toronto so internet and bandwidth aren't an issue.

is any of that useful to either of you?

    Cheers

I bypassed my WRT54GL running stock firmware and had no trouble with Vivox.

A quick Google search yielded no results so I proceeded to install Tomato firmware on the router and have been fine since.

Folca, if you're using a router, try connecting your computer directly to your modem and see if this solves the problem. You can also try disabling windows firewall and your antivirus protection temporarily to see if this makes any difference.

    Good luck!
