I wanted to play again yesterday, star trek online, and unfortunately I must say I can not login. when I start the StarTrek Online.exe, shows me the launcher for hours: loading, please wait.

have you set full access to sto gameclient.exe and launcher in your firewall?
setup the port settings on yur router/modem (7000-7500) or set your game pc to dmz mode on the network?
