Not sure if I did this forum posting correct, if not let me know. I am posting this because I had a question about the live chat services offered in the support categories. I was wondering why the there are no live chat services for other departments, I would think that would be a preferable service, since I am sure that sending a ticket will take longer of getting a response than a live chat. If someone could inform me on as to why these services are unavailable, that would be greatly appreciated.
