first round of talks went well we are having another meeting net week please tell me if you want to come, or post in this forum thread but peace is happening my friends
The next round of peace talks will be taking place at 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Saturday June 18th 2011. Both representatives of the Federation and the Klingons are invited please pm me or post in this forum thread if you wish to attend the second round of talks.
with all these new features coming out in season 4 we shall finally have peace with the klingons peace between our worlds, we can now finally focus on the real threat, The Borg and the Undine peace has happened and is happening despite all the vocal critics and the vocal minority. soon the final version of the miner accords (named after my recently passed grandfather) and soon it will be signed.

The current state of the KDF on Tribble is progressing. With the new Gorn additions, new ship skins, and First City we're finally starting to see the foundation of the faction we should be. As for peace, well thats entierly up to the individual player, and Cryptic how they go about peace.
As for the meeting, should trolls or flamers turn out the IKS Taranis will be on hand to hold closed talks again.
why dont we just have the meeting on your ship and avoid the whole troller issue so when 8:00 tonight rolls around please just me and everyone else to your ship.
I will be multi tasking during the meeting but I will try to accommodate. Once I set things up people can start PMing me for invites. But do be courteous. As It will be on my bridge, trollers can, and will, be ejected out the airlock.

Final Edit: Toq vo' Dun TlhIngan waited for 30 minutes, no Federation represenatives made motions or sent requests for invites. No further KDF individuals did either. After 30 minutes, we called it.

That wasn't what I had hoped to hear, I would have been there if I had been awake for it but the mono bug had bitten me and really screwed up my sleep schedule.
I am sorry i missed the negotiations meetings i was rushed to the ER and I just got out of the hospital i hope all is going well what did i miss. I am hoping now that i am out of the hospital we can resume talks. I am all for having another meeting by the way. I am thinking that maybe we should invite the Romulans to these talks.

Because no federation representitives made it to the meeting, the KDF has pulled out of any future talks. Glad to hear you are on a road to recovery though.
I refuse to give up I am sorry for not being able to make it please believe me when i said if i had time to tell people i wouldn't be there i would have let us not give up this hard work. I am scheduling a new set of talks this Saturday night at 8:00 pm est i hope to see you all there unless someone can offer a better time. This meeting is between KDF and UFP representatives only, I know we are close to a cease fire being a reality, I have been writing and bugging the dev's non stop to add more and better Klingon Content to the game and to also write a cease fire into the game I know we are so close, we are to close now to give up. So if you want to be at the talks this Saturday pm me or post in this forum thread. hopefully this week we will ratify a cease fire treaty. I know me writing and arguing on behalf of the Klingon cause means something know that i hope my writing the devs bears fruit.
On the contrary, I want to see the KDF and Federation conflict escalate to full scale war, no more of this skirmish stuff.
Territorial PvE and PvP combat. I also prefer to RP during wartime scenarios along with my PvP.. which is meaningless in the current arena style.
So as a player whom has many characters both KDF and Federation I shall say nay to your notion of peace and slap you in the face. Cry havoc! and let slip the dogs of war.
and when the Borg and the Undine and the Iconians overrun the federation, you see you cannot stop this process no one can soon there will be cross teaming and soon the KDF will be getting better content. how can you even hope to stop a cease fire, when these things are happening look at the release notes if you dont believe me you know how many people support peace/cease fire, this asinine war shall soon come to an end after all the Federation, The UFP is an institution of peace, and it naturally seeks peace. none of you warmongers can stop this process. Do you know how long I have been campaigning and writing the devs for peace and for better Klingon content?
Probably about as long as many have been campaigning for territorial PvP and greater meaning in the war.
Again I must note I am not a predominately KDF player; I am more inclined to the Federation, but have characters on both sides, so stakes in both arguements. I'm still saying war.

the talks on Saturday are going to be between the UFP and the Romulan Star Empire. If you wish to send a Representative please either pm me or post in this forum thread. If you are sending a Representative please post the @name so you can be invited your rank position and the fleet you represent. After the talks a treaty will be drafted by me the treaty will be based on the discussions and hopefully there soon after we can ratify some sort of treaty. these talks will be taking place on my ship this way i can make sure we wont be interrupted, however we are open to meeting on a Romulan ship just not meeting in a combat instance this way players cant fire on each other.
while i admire your goal for peace i can not agree with you wanting to go to war with the romulans. they are not our enemy. or giving up a large peice of space to the klingons. we should strive for peace but not at the federations expense. i can not agree with or support this treaty as an admiral in starfleet and a fleet commander in my fleet. im sorry i cant justify thios after the help we have givin the romulans or the remans.
As a Vice Admiral of the Federation I have to disagree with Admiral Black. We must find a way to uproot the Undine among our Leadership. The Klingons are correct in that we have no idea who is who. However, I do not agree with the Klingon tactics in locating infiltrators, we must find a way to uproot them without resorting to barbarism. Leaders such as B'vat are clearly dishonoring the Klingon Empire murdering civilians and attempting to destroy our time line and many planets. Then there are the actions of Klingon Captains attacking Federation vessels without showing evidence of Undine. The peace treaty proposed is laughable. We are still not protecting our integrity of our leadership. I say we find a way, and until we do so we have no right to push a peace treaty because we cannot be trusted as of yet.
As for the Romulans and their representative I agree you hold the sovereignty of your people but not the Remans. They should keep their claim to their space and both sides should offer aid to them. The Iconians are indeed a threat to every species in this galaxy and they are undoubtedly bringing Empress Sela into their fold which would mean trouble for Not only the remnants in Romulan space but to the Federation and the Klingon Empire.
As for the Borg and the Undine, we should keep things the way are in the G.O. Sector. Cooperation is also paramount if we intend to push back the Borg and deal with the Undine. But as stated earlier The Federation has to gain the trust of the Empire and uproot our infiltrators.

The Independent Romulan State of B'Riton offers its full...diplomatic...services to the peace initiative.
