250 Emblems per character? Or is this something that can be claimed through the C-Store one time for one character per account?

Each character gets the accolade once, so I'm guessing each character will get the emblems.

    Hmm...

... is the Emblem store level-gated?

Because if it's not, and the above is the case, well...

Obviously an Ensign can't use Mk. XI equipment, but the stuff isn't Bind-on-Pickup. If an Ensign can access the store then people can roll an unending series of new alts and continually buy 250 Emblems worth of stuff from the vendor in order to ship it off to VA/LG alts, or to sell on the Exchange.

That could be a serious cluster ****.

It looks like we're getting an extra "Jupiter" Uniform along with the other ones. Sounds awesome, would have liked a Holographic Boff though...

My thought exactly, though I wouldn't mind :P I'd be able to supply my whole fleet with the purple Mk. XI gear... I dont want to see this bonus nerfed, but I don't want to see it harm the game either...

Wow, awesome! The new costume pieces sound interesting, and 250 emblems!? Is that per account or per character?

I would assume per character, something you collect just like the Fireworks, Combadge, etc.

Doesn't anyone know what this Jupiter Uniform is based off of? I'd like to see a picture myself.

Thank You Cryptic for keeping the Veteran Rewards going!

I'm pretty sure the Jupiter Uniform looks a lot like this uniform that Dstahl tweeted a couple weeks ago as a possible "2409 Mirror Universe Terran Empire" uniform...

...only, with less black (if you so desire to paint it as such), and without the TOS Mirror sash.

...but I don't want to see it harm the game either...

Well, if the Emblems are per character, and the store isn't level-gated... it definitely will.

It basically means a stream of unlimited amounts of Very Rare Mk XI items flooding into the Exchange and destroying the economy (which isn't so hot as it stands).

If the store IS level-gated, however, it would prevent non-VA/LG characters from obtaining that equipment. Which means people would have to level a character from Ensign/Warrior to Vice Admiral/Lieutenant General to take advantage of the Emblems, thus preventing the possible damage.

Probably an easy fix, assuming it's not already implemented.

Unless that ship slot can be taken by some super excellent ship, I'm not too impressed. Come on, 500-days is supposed to be a milestone; how about a free c-store purchase? Let's actually encourage the non-lifers to shoot for 500 days.

Quick question how does the Emblem conversion to marks thing work?

Quick question how does the conversion to marks thing work?

I believe the person who does it is in the Transwarp Battle Group. They trade from Emblems to Marks on a 1-for-1 basis.

    Relentless Title
    FREE Emblems (250)
    FREE Extra Ship Slot
FREE Exclusive Costume Piece (Federation): "Jupiter" Uniform Variant
FREE Exclusive Costume Piece (KDF): Shoulder Cape
Title, but the accolade isn't mentioned... Hmmm... ??? Love the idea of extra emblems. Very nice. My assumption would be that they are given out to each character separately, but is level-locked and only available to VA1s, so people will have to wait to rank to claim them.

Also, if memory serves, the Emblem gear is bind-on-pick-up, so you wouldn't be able to trade/sell on the exchange. I suppose you could sell it to shopkeepers/replicators and "farm" that meager EC, but if you have to level a character to VA to farm out 250 Emblems worth of EC... I just don't see that being a viable cheat.

Love the Extra Ship slot! This is great!

I'll reserve judgement on the Jupiter and KDF Cape until I see them. I'm a fan of costumes though, so I'm sure it'll be a cool.

(BTW, when will the KDF get a 100-day equivalent to the Alternate Future Variant Badge?)

The PhotoBoff is from another promotion and is easy enough to get...

I'm sorry, but I've already got the PhotoBoff, so I'm happy they're keeping it separate.

Yeah, I was wondering about this too. The previous rewards specifcially mentioned the Accolade.
