I don't think the Ships of the Line material is covered under Cryptic's license.

I'm in love with that picture.

I have to admit, Eaves is probably my favorite designer. Probert is my second fav. :D

I had already started a thread on this yesterday but its gotten no posts in it so I'll just copy pasta my words in here since the topic's still appropriate.
Cryptic is, as has been stated, looking to give us shuttlebays on our ships where we can switch too and from shuttles with ease. I love this idea, but I want the bays to be appropriate. There are tonnes of material out there on bays for ships like the connie, and the galaxy, but very little for other ships. So, for the benefit of us, and at Cryptic, why don't we share our views and ideas on the shuttle bays of some of the ships in game?

I'll start here with the Sovereign. Here we can see John Eaves' drawing of the main bay on the Enterprise-E. I love this design really its big, its spacious like it should be on a ship the size of the Big E. I also love the shuttle hanging from the ceiling, I have no idea what they are but I love their design. They aren't ARGO's the back is to small and the wings are wrong, but still its a nice touch having some suspended from the ceiling, it grants a larger shuttle capacity in concept.

i am pretty sure that the SOTL calendar has to go through CBS aproval like everything else Trek, at worst Cryptic would have to ask nicely.

I think this may come in the future, along with an interior pack.

Or, some fan might try to make it when they allow custom interiors :D

Although it would have to go through approvals, I believe the rights to the designs are owned by Eaves. Approvals alone doesn't sign over the rights to something. This is, I seem to recall, why Cryptic can't use ships from other video games like Armada or Invasion.

Eaves has always been a favorite of mine. His drawings have appealing lines/shapes.

LOL but hey, the Defiant will "fit" in there :p

If and when they put shuttle bays in our ships, I hope they match the class or type... kind of like changing your bridge, I hope this will be the same, but I do agree this is beautifully done :D
