Da ich im Support bereich nicht schreiben kann, mache ich es hier. Ich habe mir einen Account gemacht, und mein Key wurde auch Akzeptiert. Wenn ich das Spiel aber starte um es zu Updaten, bekomme ich einen Account error. Bitte um hilfe. Habe den Key auch f

    Please try re-posting your issue in English if possible. The majority of users here are English and the forum rules require it now. From my rough translation, it looks like you have purchased the game but not activated your subscription. To activate your subscription, you must enter in your billing details (you will not be billed until all of your free time is used first).

    But I will have no subscription, so a 60 day game card purchased. Do I pay only with Game Card. Because I did not play for more time.

    Please see the link to Tickets in my signature. You must contact billing support. (You can do so in German as well). On the forums we cannot assist you with account problems because we do not have access to your customer data.

    The main suggestion I have before I need to close this thread is: Make sure that you have bought the game and entered a valid retail key to your account. You cannot run the demo and buy game time for it without having bought the game and entered the retail key.

    We sadly cannot allow threads in languages other than English on these forums and as such I will need to close here.
