You can right click on the Windows desktop and click either on the Nvidia Control Panel or the ATI Catalyst Control Panel option, afaik.
I'm not too sharp on ATI products anymore: I haven't used one since the early 2000s.
Once you get into either control panel though, it'll probably be listed in an area called "adjust desktop color settings"
for ATI catalyst control centre it was under desktop properties then the colour tab.
it may be under graphics or display or something along those lines.
everyone's is different but look in those general areas.
