This is a thread about stuff that made you laugh or feel good: random **** that made your world a better place.
Today, my Creative Writing Professor used an episode of Star Trek as an analogy (and he had no idea I liked Star Trek at all). It's where Riker tries Gagh on the Klingon ship and the officers say: "If that's too strong, we could have one of our women breastfeed you."
Ran into a buddy at Walmart, had lunch with him. Found more pre-sprouted veggies and tomatoes for my garden and watched some show-boating teen loser wipe out in an import while trying to impress a girl peeling out. There was a cop two cars back. Do the math.
So I learned that you can use Clove Oil as a sedative for fish. Interesting to know if I ever need to subdue an unruly fish. Question now is why would I need to subdue an unruly fish?
Well, there were the hibernating Fish-people that the Enterprise was taking to a conference (or something). It was early on. Wesley was in the gray uniform and Lwaxana was torturing, er... bothering Picard.
They did turn out to be assassins, so I'd say that was unruly enough.

Best critique of a school assignment ever.
Your a creative writer as well? Darren, you are a man after my own heart! And awesome, I love TNG. I only hope Trek analogies pop up when I head to University in September
What ALWAYS makes me laugh is either a RedLetterMedia review/Half in the Bag OR an episode of RedvsBlue
I had to laugh last night while playing STO. Was in the Alpha Centauri Sector Block, heading for Starbase 39, when I saw the USS Titanic, commanded by Captain Smith, buzz by in the opposite direction. I wish I could have hailed him/her and told them to watch for ice asteroids.

You mean comets?
Anyway, don't you think squirrels are just laugh out loud hilarious? Even the name is funny. And then the little furry devils scampering about raiding bird feeders and making silly noises. Squirrels are funny.

No one believes me but I swear I saw a squirrel give me the middle finger.
If there's anything that makes me smile, it's Little Britain. I just love that show! Especially Marjorie Dawes...one of my favourite clips of her is this one!

Well, I suppose you'd only find them in fish schools.

Them too.
It's like thick, tender, sweet, smoky and savory beef jerky from Hawaii. In a word: mouth-tastic!
I feel as though I've been paged...
No one believes me but I swear I saw a squirrel give me the middle finger.
Log! Everyone wants a log!
Being ill is very depressive.
As Splinter would say, "I made a funny."
