Ok ... Let's have some fun and design a low rider version of the Constitution-class ---- perfect for using at T-5!!!
First ... Let's set the mood with the original song ...

Now ... What do YOU want included in your custom built Connie Low Rider????
I'm talking look, performance and special abilities.

we need one additional deflector for every stupid deus-ex-machina deflector special ability the authors have come up with, especially on Voyager.
So we'll need one that emits gravitons, one for anti-gravitons, one for anti-tachyons, one that creates spacial flextures, one for plasma pulses...
The ship should look like a christmas tree litted with tiny deflectors, so it glows in the dark.
Cut the nacelle pylons until they are 1/4th their original height.
Chrome the nacelles, and put in glass packs.
Install spinners on the deflector dish.
Install neon lights on the primary and secondary hulls
Paint more flames on the primary hull so the ship will go faster.
Have the hailing frequencies open with La Cucaracha.
1. fur-covered dashboards on top of each duty station.
2. fuzzy dice hanging over the view screen.
3. I don't know what it's called, but that fringe with little fuzzy balls hanging from them along the top of the wall around the bridge.
As for the ship, you must have the saucer section bounce up and down on command.
Ouch, I was drinking a soda when I read this and laughed.
First thought was that during times of red alert you'd have to switch on the neon light strips that line all the walls.
but ....
I think you need the fancy neon lights on all the time ... switching to black lights when you have to change alert status to something a bit more serious.
Alert klazon but ... but after a few bursts ,,,, we'd need something with a bit more funk to it.
At least! ... We are talking fleet command here!
... You also have to admit that the Reman shield effect is already a step in the right direction.
Forget tier 6, make it tier 7!
Anyone within a light-year would be automatically hailed, whether or not they like it, and be made to listen to her themesong. Hint: not what you expect.
It would be better if the horn played "La Cucaracha."
