"Glowing" skirt

I feel somewhat bad already just after writing the title, but it would seem there's kind of an issue with miniskirt worn on certain costume slots. Here's an example:

Screen one is the default costume slot, while screen two is the additional one, gained after some progress in the game. It is the same skirt costume piece, with the same texture and the same colour. As you can see, in the second case the skirt and shoes kind of glow and you can see the underwear. At first I thought the stockings are related, as enabling them get's rid of this effect, but then I checked the first costume w-o any stockings, and the skirt still looked fine. I tried different combinations, just to check if any other costume pieces interfere or something, but the only thing I noticed is that this effect appears only on other costume slots, and only when not wearing stockings.

Minor issue I guess, yet still kind of annoying. Any information on this and what can be done to fix it?

What happens if you change the "Glowing" costume so that it's using the same top as the first one? Put the same costume in both slots, in other words.

If I change the top manually, nothing happens, and the skirt still glows.

However, I copied the costume from the first slot and loaded it on the other one. The glow disappeared somehow, at least from the skirt, but removing stockings still makes the boots brighter.

I made the second uniform once again, using exact same pieces and colours as previously, and now it looks fine aside from the boots. Still, I have no idea what was/is the cause of this glow, and if it'll happen again.

The glow is probably caused by bloom of the character skin poking through the skirt in the bloom buffer.

It might be fixed as part of bloom bug fixes on my task list. Not scheduled for a while though.

Turning down bloom would limit and or stop the glow. Depend on your preference :)
