'Cause I wanted my own thread to bore you to death with technobabble about model railways and Winter's doesn't have one of his own.

*raises his glass*

Winters, you'll never win. But at least you got (half) a thread! :p Cheers!

EDIT: Due to the new "images in sigs" rolling out on April 5th, I will now be posting my old signature links and anything else I find useful in this OP.

That's not blood! It's ketchup from the bacon sammiches.
And the blue is the default decor.

Oh, and I see you edited your sig....

That came out wrong, but I don't care.

Well, I'm spending a fair ammount of time on the Xbox, watching TOS and on STO. That doesn't really make a blog post; model railways make a blog post in reality.

Though I have posted something about anime. Essentially it's the same as the link in my sig but I added some more detail.

    And speaking of anime...

Im halfway through Neon Genesis: Evangellion (awesome awesome awesome) and Im about to hit Gjost in the Shell 2.0 (Go English dubs!) - what next would you all recommend? I was tempted by Aeon Flux, Akira and Full Metal Alchemist

Oh, and I refuse to even acknowledge Bleachs existence since EVERYONE goes on about it all the time

If you want some light-hearted comedy, try Pani Poni Dash! It's freely available on YouTube on Funimation's channel.

Alternatively, try Lucky Star! or Hetalia: Axis Powers. These contain some adult humour, and the latter is a "two fingered salute" to history, and is extremely funny. Each Country is represented by a person - Lichtenstein, for example, is shown as the younger (and flat chested) sister to Switzerland.

But in reailty, ask in the Anime thread - I'm not as experienced on these matters as other posters are.

Rebuild of Evangelion >>>> Neon Genesis Evangelion. But I am actually not a big fan of the original Evangelion because I really did not like Shinji in the original series. The plot and other cast was good, but Shinji is so annoying that he ruins the series.

But remakes that improve Shinji get my approval. Rebuild of Evangelion, Angelic Days, Shinji 40k, and Evangelion: Nobody Dies are good examples of this.

Of those you listed I recommend Full Metal Alchemist. I really did not like Akira.

And Bleach is good (with exception of the Bount Arc). Give it a try.

If the Empress has ordered that I watch Bleach, then so be it
