Hi I noticed in the frame guide that they mention vsync bad because it forces the GPU to try and maintain 60 FPS (on my LCD) My question is why is this game different than every other game/app out ther then? Vsync on all my other stuff means it wont go faster than 60 FPS but it can go slower np. Are you trying to force 60 FPS with Vsync enabled? if so you need to patch that.
P.S. I have quadcore@3.17 (Q6600) 8 Gigs ram

All Vsync does is not allow your video card to generate more frames than your monitor can handle. For example, if your monitor's VSynch is 60Hz - the MAX number of frames you monitor can display per second is 60, period. (if it's 120 Hz then the max frames per second is 120.) Now, you card and system may be able to generate more frames than that; but even if it can - if it's more than your monitord Hz rating, it's a waste, and you end up with on screen glitches/tearing effects, and you're just cause you card to work harder and generate more heat for zero return.
If you card/system is generating less frames then your monitor's Hz rating, VSync enabled or disabled will make no difference as again all VSynch enabled does is make sure your card doesn't generate more frames per second than your monitor can handle.
