Let's see... I'll start...

Male, Over 40... (extra points for seeing Trek the Frst Time it was broadcast on TV...)

Live Alone in an upstairs 2BR Apt... (lose points for not living in a basement or still at Parents Home...)

Have a GF... (minus a couple of points there also...)

Never Married... (plus a couple of points, unless Not a Virgin any more... and I'm Not Tellin'...) :p

HUGE Star Trek/Star Wars/LotR/Insert Your Favorite Here - Fan... (extra points for knowing Trek/Wars Quotable's and Minutiae Trivia beyond who the characters are...)

Multitude of Sci-Fi and Hero/Fantasy Collectibles throughout household and garage.. (extra points if you still have your Star Wars Figures in the Original Packaging... I do...)

Plays Star Trek Online and dicusses/argues about the T5 Connie...

Always one of the First in line to see the First Showing on Opening Day of favorite SciFi/Fantasy Action Movie... (extra points if going with other Sheldon-type Nerds...)

Spends at least part of ones time talking about favorite SciFi/Fantasy at work, with fellow employees or online...

Has SciFi/Fantasy App on cellphone and/or as background on computer...

==========================================================

Let's see on a scale of 0 to 100, I think I'm at least in the mid 90's at this point...

Anybody else wanna add something.... :)

-50 for not providing a link to reference material.

So the rest of us know wtf you're talking about without having to google it.

Is that like the finger scale on The Last Boy Scout?

Are you by any chance referring to Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory?

If you are, you're joined to another object by an incline plane wrapped helically around an axis for what Alpha said - not providing a reference.

I'd rate a Leonard out of Howard on the Sheldon scale.

    *runs in circles barking madly.*

Definitely not mid 90s. Nothing about being a quantum theorist, super analytical/logical to the point of being a vulcan, Nothing about graduating from high school/college at a young age, or having an overly nutty reglious mom that makes you bend to her will.

I'd say 40 out of 100 at most...

I would say 'what a crock' but that would be insulting a useful kitchen appliance. Where is the reference material for this 'Sheldon Scale'?

I'd say I'm mid 80's (+10 points for that reference)

Shame on people who missed OP's intention,

    "Punt fails by 9 yards!"

    Really.......

    Scissors cut paper.
    Paper covers rock.
    Rock crushes lizard.
    Lizard poisons Spock.
    Spock smashes scissors.
    Scissors decapitate lizard.
    Lizard eats paper.
    Paper disproves Spock.
    Spock vaporizes rock.
    Rock crushes scissors.

Even Shizuka Marikawa would have got this reference:rolleyes:.
