That's the point. Lots of people didn't. Noone in my fleet did and I asked 20+ people. Yet 95 percent of it's ratings are 4-5. Which means rating system doesn't work.
The ratings systems only works for flat means.

If they switched it up to a Netflix system, things would be better.

Netflix system works because it acknowledges the crowd is subjective. The "Movies You'll Love" System is entirely subjective: not just the recommendations but the likely star rating I'll give it.

My "likelihood you'll enjoy this" ratings are different from my sister: I'm a fan of Kurosawa, Chan-wook Park, Tarantino and David Lynch. She's a fan of The Princess Diaries.

When she logs into her account, it shows totally different likely ratings for movies as well as a very unappealing list.

When she logs into mine, she gets a slew of asian black and white films and weird indie comedies.

Still TBD as to exactly when Series 4 starts.

When will that decision be made? It would have to be pretty soon if its going to be before Season 4.

Empress Sela or the random Technician before you place the charges on the smaller gate? IDK who thetechnician was but maybe we'll see him in the next series (dreams up rumors...)

Some things I forgot to put in my OP in my haste, how come there were'nt any dailies or food for a new tribble like the previous 2 series? (or am I just being a ditz and missed something really easy to find?)

As a feature episode series, "Cloaked Intentions" was spectacular. Each and every week, as I played through the latest mission, I thought to myself that the bar had been set a little higher for Star Trek Online. By the end of "Cutting the Cord," a bold new standard had been set for the game. This game is improving all the time, and the feature episode series ensure that it grows by leaps and bounds. Thank you to all of the developers who put their time, effort, and boundless imaginations into these episodes. "Cloaked Intentions" was unforgettable.

This is one of my arguments for turning on the rating system for Cryptic made episodes as well. While we haven't decided whether to do it or not, I think it would certainly be interesting to at least read other player's comments prior to playing an episode or individual mission.

For this series of episodes I would mark each individual mission rather high with the exception of three. My main problem overall was that they didn't flow together. I felt like there should have been a mission between some of these missions to set up the next mission. For example Before mission 3 there was no real interaction with the Remans or Obisek to even imply that we would assist them. After Episode 3 there was nothing really setting up Obisek coming out of nowhere and sending us on missions. After series 4 there was no real build up for the confrontation in 5.

The story arc felt rushed. I feel it would have been a better weekly series with 8 or 9 episodes instead of the 5 format. It needed it.

That was a gorgeous city. Well done! It had banners, fountains, Roman arches, stylized birds, character scale fighters, lofty spires, and vertical access. What more can you ask for! Forgot to praise the subdued yet vibrant green walls, and the pleasant yellow atmosphere!

The vault and this city will be remembered at the very least!

I really enjoyed the series as well, the only let down was the reward of the final mission. The Reman was okay...but I would have rather not gotten cloaking mines...kind of blah to me. I never like using anything but Photons/Quantums.

the first part was neat. shuttle fun. no landing or exploring the place would have been nice. but I liked the concept. I did think I should be able to bring my little bird of pray instead of shuttle.

The mining one was awesome. the rail carts the wilderness outside. the feel in general. then the cave in the shaking of the screen. But when I talked to the one romulan. I felt like I was missing something. "Are you sure you want things to end this way?" And I felt like I did something wrong in the mission,. because was only choice to move on it seemed.

Going to the ice cave was fun. wish was a little bigger to explore. And I felt it was to short. the waiting on the ships took longer but the ground went buy fast. And the problem salving was pretty simple.

The next one from start to end was great. the cut scenes did make some issues when fighting in the arena. maybe a extra door to open to have them come threw then the worm in middle. I liked the desert march. some think it's long. but I like how it filled the story. made you go into the long trek across the desert to get to the cave. I would like to see when we camp everyone in group. Though the exiting of the cave can see your friends outside as you leave. so not to bad. I like the scope and size and the survival stuff.

The last one. the battle in orbit not to great. felt it laced urgency to the defense. And not seeing reman ships in battle too. Ground awesome again, The bombardment I like to see something other then a big floating space ship that don't even look like mine. But the battle was good. we did end up getting whats his name stuck on a roof ledge so we had to start over to talk to him. The end was nice very dramatic.

I think when we beamed up. I kinda thought it would be nice to beam into my own ship. then contact star fleet from there. then go into space.

Over all was very nice. the art department wow. What can I say. the details the court yard with the giant romulan bird statue. the scenery, streets, and distant structures. I love to see more worlds that looked filled in. If they can do this with a outpost romulan base. I can't wait to see what they do with a full klingon city.

Thank you cryptic. OR one note on reward. oddly enough as much as I like the effect on my ship, and some of the neat gear and the crew member. truth is the reward was the great work you did on this episode. Thank you and can't wait to see what you do next. OH and hire my uncle he wants to work for you. lol

I thought Cloaked Intentions was great. They really added a lot of new things in throughout, and I think people will realize just how much progress Cryptic made when they replay the series all the way through at once. The shuttle bit was really fun. The locations were amazing. Obisek was baaaad TRIBBLE. The story was a fun little intrigue plot that advanced the overall Romulan faction. I think the way we climbed the catwalks and stuff of the breathtaking city in the final episode was great (even though Hakeev died on me in an area that was out of reach ). The whole atmosphere created in each episode really made me feel pulled in to the story.

The city was awesome. Dialog not so much. It would be nice to have some storylines with more depth and maturity.

And those cloaking mines are the worst thing to ever happen to STO.
