When you equip the full borg set on the D'kyr, the warp torus of the support ship turns green, but not the torus of the actual starship.
When you then proceed to launch the support vessel, it's torus is no longer green, but the assimilated nacelle graphic that you would expect on a vessel with nacelles floats where the support vessel was.
When going to warp (with or without recalling the support vessel), the said assimilated nacelle stays floating where your ship was, even though your ship is no longer on the map.
The graphical issue of the nacelle itself must be hard to incorporate on a vessel with a circular warp engine. Perhaps it would be better if it was just turned off entirely when equipped on a D'kyr class. It's a pretty nifty vessel and it looks amazing with the borg set on...it would be a shame if not all the graphics worked on it.
Yes, I want to reiterate, although the floating borg nacelle was removed after the latest patch, the graphics on the warp rings still have the same bug. That bug being, when the full borg set is equipped, the warp ring of the support ship turns green, but the warp ring of the main ship stays blue. Please fix.
I'm still having these issues, not only with the borg parts, but now with the Reman shields. On top of that, the Aegis set is also missing a texture as stated in this thread: http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=204408
