Yeager Class
Akira's had two hangar bays
Typhoon Class (see the game Invasion, NOT the STO version)
Fleet Escorts (all three seen in game) are capable of deploying a small starbase (see Memory Alpha) and if the spine of them is carefully looked at, has a hangar. Replace the SB with fighters, done.
Drop the stupid idea of using shuttles as fighters and use the Valkyrie Fighters also featured in Invasion. They had cloaks, Bio-Neural circuitry and multi-adaptive shielding.
I built a CG model for a Federation carrier for the Enterprise contest. It keeps with the same traditional design as the previous Enterprises, except it is larger and has that carrier capability added to it. At first glance you would say that this is just a Sovereign copy, but look closer, it is a unique design. I built this entirely from scratch out of my head. There was no kit bashing here. The shape of the saucer just fit what I was looking for. I had a good friend help me with the texturing and giving it the effects it needed to really bring out its features.
This page covers the evolution of the design. Just click on the spoiler tabs to see the pictures of the models. It goes all the way to the finished product which you can find in the contest.

I'd go with IJS Hyuga/Ise, but yeah.
Oh, that's even better than my Andromeda Ascendant idea.
Unfortnately I am still having trouble going from my Saucer Section to my main hull. without it looking like a complete mess
