No fix or maintenance has become irresponsible

This is now beyond rediculous.

For the last 5 days the server has for all intents and purposes been completely broken. Almost every aspect of the game isn't working right and the complete lack of support or event the slightest communication about the issue from the GM's has become irresponible on the part of PWI.

Some of the problems have been listed in other posts, but just to say it again, instances such as fc and lunar wont open without relogging, teleplatforms to re-enter TT's arnt working, if you complete a TT run, you are unable to re-enter the instance to start a new run, unable to begin the Nirvana quest properly, teleport stones don't work from half the map, can't exit Old Heavens Tear properly, the list goes on and on. Whatever was added (snow etc.) in the last patch has rendered the game unplayable.

Not to mention another HUGE aspect that has been broken, but this weekend's Territory Wars were a complete disaster. For some reason they were defaulting to a win for the defending faction without anyone being able to enter the isntance. A victory was declared for the defender litterally half a second after the instance would open for the battle to start. As far as can tell, not 1 single person on either team was even able to enter. So, this means another 10million + coins in the pockets of some leaders and bidding money for the factions that lost might as well have been flushed down the toilet. Some form of compensation MUST be provided for this issue.

From having read other posts it seems that Lothranis is the only server that has been effected by this problem.

THE GM'S MUST COMMUNICATE TO US WHAT IS BEING DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.

It is one thing for a patch to cause a problem. It is one thing for it not resolved for a week until the following maintenance. It is quite another when the staff feels that they can ignore the playerbase and not communicate at all as to what or if anything is being done.

A little communication goes a long way, and at the rate you are going, you are destroying what little good will you have left with the playerbase of the server by continuing to keep us in the dark. This is not a good thing.....

    ....another day, another lack of response from the CM or GM's. If wasn't so busy crying it would almost be funny.

    What does it take to get a response from the CM of Lothranis?

    After the 1st few weeks/month of the server when an issue would occur, Denadoro (GM) made the effort to log on and could be found in the middle of Arch, world chatting, asking what the server thought about compensation for issues that resulted from patches. They activated the Arch Aaaault event at least twice in compensation for bugs.

    What happened to that level of concern from PWI EU on behalf of their server population?

    Everyday that the current problems continue is bad enough, but for everyday it continues without even a word from the staff at PWI EU is MUCH MUCH WORSE

    The server population as a whole is unable to farm, unable to properly activate the chappel, and for all intents and purposes unable to do ANYTHING.

    Bad enough that at this point we have lost a week of the 2x event. That goes without saying. It is 10000x time worse as a whole we are simlply unable to play the basic game. Instances dont work, quests dont work, marriages dont work, NPC's dont work, TW doesnt work. What does that leave us with?

    The continued silence from PWI EU on this issue is UNACCEPTABLE!

    Your paying customers are crying out for nothing excpet some communication on the issue, yet the GM's and CM are absent. There is no excuse from not keeping the player base informed on what the status is of fixing a 99.9% broken server

    Not even asking for it to be fixed today, but WOULD A LITTLE COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS AND EXISTANT PLAYER BASE BE TOO MUCH TO ASK???

    GM please.... i'm sure you also want a xmas gift, if you are a bad boy, Santa will not give you a gift and you gonna cry like a baby all the night!
    So, be nice, give us some informations (even a "i have no freaking idea about what happened") and you gonna be blessed for Xmas with a nice gift (better than Arch assault).
