normal to load and play a toon and not another one on same account

hello i'm having some issue i can load and play on my elf priest but when i want to load my seeker he get stuck on the mini msg "you're about to join perfect world" (sorry can't get the true msg cuz i playing on french client) and when i tried to play my seeker the game crash. Both my chars are on same account... please help me =(
