Morai Server Unable to login

When I'm trying to log to the Morai server, I get the 40sec timer and after about 10-15 seconds it says "Unable to login"
There's allready a thread on the other PWI forums (http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1743001)
But we're not getting an answer there.
Anyone here that can give us a headsup about it?
