Hey there... the new free facebook pack u can get here.. from the redeemable code thing.. It messed up, and sent my pack to an old banker char thats lvl1.. im 1000% sure i selected the correct char, since i double checked.. but something still messed up..
Is it possible to get a new code mailed? or somehow you can trasfer the pack item to a char that actually needs it? ty ty...

No problem, I will anyway generate a code also on the FR Facebook and here pretty soon, so you can use this new code instead

Hi, infortunaly Regerem don't handle pwi anymore, so we have a new french CM but we can help you too
Well yet, pwi move to the arc platform that's why you can't redeem the code on the pwi page.
I think the code will work maybe if you use arc and after clicking on redeem key(on your name on arc website)
If not i submit your question at our CM for this pack.0 -

Regerem isn't in charge of PWI anymore. If you need some help or information, you can ask our moderators, Kiriiitoo and Fenrirsama.
Here is how to proceed to redeem codes with Arc :
1. Open the Arc client
2. Click on your nickname, on the right hand top corner
3. Click here:
Now you can enter the code. Have fun ! Enelimm
