Howdy, It was my fault from the beginning. I went through the complete quest line, then went back to the Elder of the Streams. I was looking for a quest named "The Light Returns" and failed to check the 5 or 6 other quests listed. I went through them and found "The Key of Yin and Yang" which was the correct quest. Sorry…
