ok but i finished lvl 3, so why can i not turn it in, that is what is weird, i know i cannot start on 4 yet but it should at least let me turn in lvl 3 right?

i have my settings at Strength - 23 Vitality - 20 Magic - 45 Dexterity - 30

i am lvl 20 now and loss of MP is worse now. what is the deal with the MP loss. it took me 3/4 of the MP just to kill 1 lvl 21 Arboride Dryad. that is without using heal etc... Is there a GM out there that can help???
