BUG The title quest for Island of broken dreams isn't able to be started. Tells you that you're not the required level. Have tried logging out and back in, using lower level toons etc. nothing works.

Scam indeed. They're changing all their rewards constantly, can't stick with one damn thing. I want my 10* chance packs, not BOUND 4* orbs. My god PWI. Get your **** together.
