The ONLY reason not to rb is that you are not well geared enough to basicly instahit lv100 once again. You can alter your last level later on but waiting because you want to reach lv 103/104/105 first is not the reason you should stay non rb. Also the BH is there to filter out the cash alts that only exist for BH purposes…

When you cant learn it from the skill window then you do not meet the requirements. Either you are sage or are not the apropriate level or cultivation status or have the skill you want to upgrade level 10 or whatever. Also check your coins and spirit just in case.

Sin is probably the best bet you get for solo farming coins. The gear needed is so cheap by now you gain it back in no time. Also Nation War is a good way to get easy and quick money.
