Gear wise like stated before you will have to look at AH for 2-3 star weapons but the lvl 30 dual swords are actually very good till about 45-50 Do Not Waste your orders on the lvl 40 blade its worse then the lvl 30 dual swords could also try forging your own weapons though its tough

The Mana charm from the event shop isnt a bad option either if your having trouble getting the emmisary pots plus they free though guess that actualy depends on how much ya farm dq items. Sparking and then skill spamming would help too.

I would think that the best time for those few extra points in vit would be from 20-40ish maybe 60 due to a lack of legendary weapons for all classes and its when most ppl are getting the hang of their class.

I like the skill alot and use it after my devil hits 1st then slap it on the mob its attacking and use the NV AS combo on a totally different mob speeding things up alot.
