I'm glad Suteki is now Spectral KoS. Since Spectral is all about making the server more fun for smaller guilds, it really helps to have the 9x cash shoppers killing my 7x members. Spectral's alliances with RQ and Harvester ruin the reputation you're trying to build. Also CQ's power stems from Daikoku being a sexy beast. CQ members are far from rich. Check their equip vs Spec equip. Money is not the difference. It's all about Daikoku being a stud =]
