Maybe I will only add bad news, but a week ago I saw a veno with a name "Asterelle" or "Astrelle" (I am not pretty sure because it was during Tiger Event and I was busy) on Sanctuary. Someone made a new char with this name and maybe it's the reason why here profile name changed?

Asterelle, thank you very much for making such a nice bot! The best bot ever I guess. =) So I experimented with her and found out she cannot tell us the colour, only the name of the thing that one can get from a pack. Colours are too random maybe.
