Yes you will find players at the starter zone Celestial Vale, as all toons start there now. It's hard to find squads for anything for any content under level 80. You said your psy is 72 so that shouldn't be too much of a problem for too long. Try to find an active enough faction and you could enjoy your time back here : )

I just get those Ice shard coins as soon as I get points. No point letting them going to waste. I don't CS everyday to be able to keep up on that xD

With the cookie cutter aps armor, and int tome with the r9s4 daggers with the -0.01 int would make you 4 aps base.

New player and no resources I'd say a month tops for your first 100. 1 to 30 be doing quests. You get gear and a flyer which is important by doing those, then yea pv starts at 30, bounty hunt at 40, you can mediate in realm of reflection when you not playing ( game would have to stay logged in), crazy stone daily quest (…

I don't even know why the Night shades even keep getting buffed up with better skills. Makes no sense to me at all. They're extremely op from day one.

PW just needs to get in and middle man the trading of accounts. Maybe make it so you can only buy by paying Zen. PWI takes a fee, maybe a flat rate plus a % I dunno. Out of all the illusionary crystals I bought yesterday, I used two, one one Stormbringer and other on dusk blade, worked like they intended. Both went from 1 to 95 in a matter of seconds. Also the stones in the boutique only says cannot be used on rebirth ed characters.

All I can say is you got to make your own fun. On Etherblade the two biggest factions go at it against each other every RW for normally the whole hour. For your second point I don't see how that's accurate, gear and level progression is why one pays an mmo ( besides friends) so I dunno about that...
