if you have finished the quests and are at the top right corner of the map which i think is Kontan or something like that. see the teleporter and select Quest, then you get the option to return to main PWI. Hope that helps, just going off memory.

I logged on only 1/2 hour before maintenance on Heavens Tear and didnt see any messages about maintenance at all. thank goodness i wasnt doing anything special
