I sent a ticket with a screenshot of the arc redemption page showing the code was for Neverwinter. Support answered my ticket today and asked for a screenshot of the actual email with the code. So it seems they ARE working on it.

People are getting temp IP bans for excessive signups so I don't think the impact is as malevolent as the OP is trying to make it sound.

Now I remember what happened with my veno. When the free log-in crystal and then the code were going on, she was level 96. She was not eligible to receive them by either method. So I assumed... yeah.

With the free ones, my veno was level 96 and could not use the stone. So I assume its 95 and below that can use it (non-rb ofc).

You didn't fill all the slots in each stash? I used ammo and put 1 in every slot. All 3 accounts got their 4 rows. I am just having the same issues with putting stuff in in there like the OP and others described.

Yep. I am experiencing the same issues as the OP and others. I will refrain from sending a ticket just yet, as I know they must be swamped, but I hope they rectify this soon.
