Woooooooooow. Psst, fireworks are cheap as chips at only a few silver for 10 in the boutique, do a free survey for the zen b:chuckle. That NPC hasnt been used in.....i couldn't tell you the last time. Just calm the eff down. Go set off some real fireworks.
