I don't seem to be able to get this either. I've done it once.. went and talked to light Emperor Alexander out on the island and completed it. However I've not been able to get it a second time. Is it on a separate timer that doesn't reset at midnight? Shifting Sky 9 currently.

It seems like it would have been a bit easier on us players if they had given us some way to verify (either via quest or an item that appears in our inventory) that we've correctly earned it each day. Right now there is quite a bit of guess work in the process.

If they are going to compensate anything I would think they should at least make up for it with the items we would miss from the anniversary. Ideally they would also cover all the missed BHs, TWs, FSPs and Jolly Jones. Maybe also make up for the missed Meridian and Check-in as well.

Yes I agree. Is there a separate post for this and are you taking feed back on it? I really like the layout and how much easier it is to get armor found and configured. It's become a pain to try and get pwcalc to get your stats all to reflect correctly.

If that happens then the new recruits that really care about their characters will recognize that and want to emulate them.
