Blood vow damage over time works (but the damage is currently worthless), but the amp only works on certain bosses, and the -HP effect doesn't on any.

That is the damage of a full rank 9 +12 archer. Obviously it will be high, but it is no where near competent to DPS if compared to similarly geared Wizards, Mystics, Psychics, or Venos. Especially considering how long archer metal skills take to cast and the cooldown on them. And before you say you can constantly spam them…
