I think you need G16 gear all +5 in order to get into a good TW faction. And I never needed or used charms at all in nation wars so I don't know what you are going on about. I would love it if pwi developers could fix these problems. But I think its not a real priority to them. For all I know, they could find that venomancers summoning flying pets while in midair to be ridiculously unfair :(
