Oh wow, long time ago o.o And what a betch. I got mine with my Bamboo Fun tablet. It came with PS Elements, and like 2 other programs. I get my textures from here. I'm still learning how to make full use out of them though.

Did you have legit PS? 0: And it's actually not that hard, I usually just play with the color balance/brightness/contrast. I blur sometimes. Anybody can do it, I promise <3 I'm tempted to play with textures soon though.
