There were drops from normal mobs too. Although I don't remember what they contained or what they did, but I definately remember getting a few. The drop rate was nice, not too many, not too little.

Yes, most definately. It could have, common-rare prizes, the rarest being like Lobster mounts, the new flying mounts etc. I think this would keep everyone very very happy.

I second this, one event from an old MMO I used to play that I miss, when monsters would drop "Boxes" for special occasions and they'd just contain all sorts of goodies. It gave everyone a fair chance and kept the economy at bay. I really couldn't agree more with this.

I'm calm, some solid feedback from me would to be that developers/whoever is in charge of creating this packs and putting them out to the public should really "do their homework" and research what the items actually are, what they will do to people and more importantly what they will do the economy. I actually find the customer service here 100x better than some other MMO's I could mention. I sent in a ticket the other day and got a reply back within a couple of hours. On other MMO's people wait months for simple replies like I needed. So, no complaints from me. b:chuckle
