no way to change name. you are only level 28. reroll a new character with a better thought out name. just doing questing etc you could be at your current level by the end of the day, sooner if you push had or get some help from a higher level.

when you log in tick the "force log" box sometimes when you disconnect the server has a ghost still. this forces it to beggar off ;) darn ninjas!

no you could send a mail asking for the item to be returned. but chances are minimal. the recipient could be an alt, someone who has retired from playing. someone who thinks that you should be more careful when mailing items. :/

you can turn off npc names in the UI settings. the other effects might disappear when you set the effects slider to the leftmost position. try playing with your system settings and I think there may be a "default" button you can set to return things to factory settings.

it is probably down to your gear and their additional stats/refinements. This thread from a couple of weeks ago had a similar question re how his build was going. Someone posted the stats for their 7x barb with some decent/average gear. fuly equipped but unbuffed his HP was 6316 if you use their base stats in the pwcalc…

for every exp point you get the genie gets the equivalent of 10% (not a deduction from the exp gained) i.e you kill a mod and get 100 xp. the genie gets 10xp rather than you get 90xp(100-10) and the genie gets 10xp

remove those other items from quarantine and add the launcher and elementclient to trusted apps. when you click start in the launcher window it tries to run elementclient. also make sure you allow patcher and elementclient access through your firewall.

if you have no intention to ever play on the account again, I am sure I have seen Frankie or one of the other GMs (it was definitely a red avatar) say that you need to raise a ticket asking for the account to be permabanned. There is no delete option for the GMs either it seems. they can only prevent you from ever using it…
