If the game is patching then you're opening the wrong thing (the patcher, not the actual game). Go to your PWi game folder. At 1st vindi was fighting Joli (practically thier alt faction, who as far as I've been told were the last to stay alive with vindi & let them win), RR (lots of alts), Amp (they side in tw & I guess sided against Regi), Regicide (get ganked by the rest.) Sorry to say this L$sty, but they can buy their way. As far as we've been notified in the PWI tourney you use your own gear. In the Chinese you are given some. So unless the GMs change the rules for gear at the last minute, having good gear is a pretty big advantage.

By the looks of the vids from the chinese/russian tourneys. It's r9 +12 100 lp geni; not sure which ornaments/helms couldn't translate names. As far as I understand you won't have any of your items with you during the Internationals, so having dual/x3 weaps for bm isn't an option... For pwi boss fight it might work, except…

I don't think the issue is pwi. I have the exact same thing on a good computer, but it works totally fine on a c rappy one with older programs. Maybe incompatability with some new system softs. No idea how to fix though.

Doesn't work on the laptop with newer IE, but works fine on a lame pc with older version.

The China & Russian versions are giving all contestants +12 r9 during fights & almost any apo in game you want. PWI ... well...
