I never used rank gear...though the channeling is very tempting.. I used NPC armor until around 60-70. If you cant drop it, can you sell it to a NPC? Not really sure which faction quest this is :p Think I'm not in that level range lol. Or I'm thinking of wrong thing. If you cant sell it to a NPC, and you really have no need for it, I'm not sure, and hopefully someone else can help.
