Yes, the last quest from the chain which starts with 20 element dusts (from TM water valley mobs) is still broken and impossible to be completed. You will not get credit for killing Drake Fling >: Also, as for Neo Deity scrolls, they are not working anymore after the revamp, afaik.

Just a side note, you don't need wind shield to be 5aps, as an archer you can be 5 aps base as sage too (rank top and claws being faster than daggers). Since I'm not a fan of "sage/demon is fail" threads, not gonna comment on that. But I'm a happy sage archer b:avoid

Derp aps is fastest way, for sure, and usually without troubles. But if you don't have squad of 5 aps people, get some decent tank and preferably a veno to purge annoying buffs.
