Ok I went into my folders and found a server file missing, i got it and it works now...

Ok well from my experience, when you hit smithing, or any other manufacturing at lvl3-4 and I believe 6-7 9-X...etc you have to do a manufacturing quest, for smithing I think you have to make 3 of the quest items sometimes 1 **star weapon BUT (lvl4 blacksmithing starts at lvl50) so you cant make them until you get the…
